Listed facilities must meet high standards in all areas in order to be awarded
AAA's approval.
Service work is guaranteed by the facility for minimum of 90 days or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first.
Approved Auto Repair (AAR) is a completely separate activity from Emergency
Road Service (ERS). Most ERS facilities are not approved for the AAR program.
They are professionals in the area of emergency service and do not generally
offer the spread of services required for the AAR Emergency Road Service. These
facilities are professionals in the area of reliable auto repair and maintenance.
