What will I need for a Down payment?We are interested in setting you up for success. Therefore, we are going to do our best to work with what you have available. The more cash and/or trade you have the more options that will be available to you. What should I bring with me?You should bring a Valid Drivers License, Proof of Residence, Proof of Income, Utility Bill, Insurance Information, Title to Trade (if applicable), References, and Cash Down Payment.
